Becoming an Effective Teacher

Hello everybody. As an L2 language teacher who is right now learning more about my own profession, I would like to confess that one of the aspects of it I always concerned about it was how to become an effective teacher. As we all know, some people just born teachers but to the ones, like me, who do not, it is possible to learn how to become so.
